    just take a critical look of the psychiatric hospital in a nation of Ghana over fifty years of independence and you relise that GHANAIANS are all mentally retarted including that chief psychiatrist.

    The next of kin of the deceased and severely injured should take the Ministry of Health and the Accra Psychiatric Hospital to the cleaners by suing them.

    The family/relatives of the inmates should also try their best to help the hospital for the treatment of the inmate; than to seek the dead bodies for funeral celebrations.

    the Dr should be fined for negligence and jailed for giving such flimsy excuse! How long does it take someone to strangle another to death? Where were the nurses on duty? And they will let him off the hook. Incredible Ghana!
