    It is alive and well in Ghana. Take for example, Information Ministry. How can you have two deputies? Efficiency does not mean bigger government. You are paying 2 people to do the work for 1 person.

    This is all the more remarkable as it demonstrates that people in the Nadam area are quite happy to vote for either NDC or NPP as they see fit. I hope other constituencies and regions will learn the lesson. Good luck to him! ...
