"The petitioners are praying the highest court of the land to declare that John Dramani Mahama was not validly elected president of the Republic of Ghana". The question is, who rigged and who did not rig?

  • 4 Year Old 11 years ago

Justice Atuguba should recuse himself for conflict of interest. He is an NDC operative and cannot exercise independence. It is fair to say that the learned justice should recuse himself.

Justice Atuguba: He added that “courts are there for the public and the judges are supposed to be public servants and with the exception that a matter is gravely confidential, it has to be heard in public”.
