ON THE DAY OF APPEARING IN COURT NANA/BAWUMIA AND JAKE WILL BE RIDING ON IT WHILES IT DOES ITS HOPPING AND SUMMERSAULTING ACROBATICS AND IT WILL BE INTERESTETING FOR US TO SEE THE JAWS THAT WILL BE BROKEN AND THE GUMS AND FLASE TEETH THAT WILL BE FLYING OUT, AS WELL AS THE SPECTACLES AND BINOCULARS THAT WILL BE FLYING ALL OVER. AKOMEAH IS SUPPOSED TO BE THE ELEPHANT-BOY (NOT COW-BOY) WHIPPING THE ELEPHANT ON ITS BUTTOCKS TO GINGER IT INTO ACTION FOR A FASTER MOVE TO COURT. HE CERTAINLY WILL RECEIVE A BIG BLAST OF ELEPHANT GAS AND HOT SHIT AND TOXIC WASTE ONTO HIS FACE AS HIS PRIZE FOR A DUTY WELL PERFORMED. LET US LOOK FORWAD TO THE D-DAY.   This is an elaborate exercise in political masquerade -political 'kaakamotobi'- by the master of masquerades himself, Nana Akufo Addo. He knows they can't sue the president but this will make it appear to the party as if the president must be wrong because Nana has sued him. Initially, this will enhance Nana's stature untill the dust begins to settle down and the truth and legal implications becomes more and more apparent to the people of Ghana at large. Hopefully, the Elaephantly will go quietly into the bush.

  That is a brilliant article. It is obvious that you are a lawyer. But, i still believe this hurdle is still difficult to jump.You see, where NPP will face difficulties will be to explain to the courts how the President is not being sued, yet as as first correspondent he is being accused of conniving with the EC to reduce votes of Nana Addo and increase his. You cant make someone a first correspondent, raise issues implicating him directly in a case and at the sametime claim that he is not being sued. Such contradictions are very difficult to explain in any court of law.
