    I believed those drivers did not give the police a bribe. If they should have given the police a bribe they might have set them free.

    Inspector Boatey said on January 3, 2013, Yaw Abeka, who was driving a Tico Taxi cab drove through when the traffic light showed red and was arrested at Swedru Texaco shell filling station.

    THESE TRAFFIC OFFENDERS WERE BROUGHT TO COURT JUST BCOS THEY COULDNT PAY THE "BRIBE SUM" THE POLICE WERE DEMANDING and NOT that the MTTU is going BETTER.HOW LONG HAS HE BEEN DRIVING without licence? THIEVES!
