I wrote to ghana government making some serious immigration reforms in our immigration laws to them, but they play politics with my suggestions.How did chinese enter ghana and who invited them? Before you come to school here or even tour to china, you must have official invitation from the government. NO personal or quack invitation allowed.Invitation must come from ministries here direct and bear official stamp, sealed in official envelop them ems straight to chinese embassy in ghana and copies sent to the applicant and the invited guest.in china if i want to invite my relatives,i must apply to the public security bureau ie entry-exit administration service of the police force,and they will will give me a form to fill,now they will then submit to their panel to sit on it then if approved,they will restructure my invitation and reduce the days the guest will stay here,then they will put the official stamp and post it or handle it themselves. see ghana,nothing. ghana government refused to heed my advice why? they shot and killed 16 year oldChinese boy at mines. look at that age? that is JSS age here. how can he go to loot our mines? I hate politics.

I know that word 'STUPID' might be strong hence some of you might not take it but wait a minute and read this.
How come that we don't plan our country together with all the ideas of the other political parties, i mean NATIONAL POLICIES, in which these western world democracy we're copying are doing.
When you go to europe, one of their laws is that police and immigration will control you.

Some unscrupulous personnels in the Chinese Embassy here in Ghana is in association of some crook Chinese criminals whom they helped through the back doors with their dubious political connections and set up illegal minning operations without any respect to our immigration and working laws. How could anybody from Africa for that matter go to China get himself armed and start illegal trading in that country? You don't even dare think of it. But sorrowfully our country is turned a free criminal zone for any baboon to have his way in the full watch of the criminal politicians and the security operatives.

The Chinese Ambassador should advise his country men accordingly other-wise a new wave of people's attack is about to come on his people who are destroying our lands and environments, disrespect us and rape our women with impunity.

Come to think of it this way. How much do they pay the poor, desperate young Ghanaians who work for them? And most of all, the scale of pollutants that lead to infertile lands and other environmentally unfriendly issues. They shouldn't be allowed to be doing all these but you have to put the blame on the doorstep of the government and the Police who connive with them and of course our small-minded chiefs who give them the permission to destroy their lands in return for peanuts.

I bet Mahama can never do anything to this problem as he has been doing corrupt trade practices with the Chinese government already. Do you remember he once said the Chinese are going to build a stadium free of charge? But where can you get free lunch?

The officials or the local chief who gave them the land to mine are the ones to blame. What you need to know is that there are Ghanaians also living in China. Do they need to be killed too? Wasn't the government - and their companies - arming them to kill Ghanaian citizens? What background check did the NDC government do before arming these Chinese? Apart from illegal mining, what else are they doing in Ghana? Impregnating 16-year olds and denying it or refusing to take responsibility? While I do not recommend killing these Chinese, the government should act immediately and withdraw all the licenses issued to them to mine in Ghana. Second, send all the illegal miners back home to China. If Galamsey in bad for Ghanaians, who says it is good for foreigners?

The government should delve into the matter and have the culprits apprehended and dealt with according to the dictates of the law. Simultaneously,the search radar of the law enforcement agencies must be activated to clamp down on all manners of illegal mining in the country.

Killing the Chinese miners is certainly not the way to go,bacause some of these miners were deceived by their Chinese bosses and Ghanaian partners into Ghana,and were made to believe they are engaged in legal mining activity.

The government must wake up from her slumber and act responsibly to avert any such killings in the future,bearing in mind that illegal mining will not be given breathing space in Ghana.

In Russia police even planted drugs in the pocket of black people just to accuse them of being drug dealer. No Ghanaian own any other people an apology.People have been abuse of our hostility. Read this story carefully; why would a 16 year old Chinese boy want to be in a tropical hot country, far from home, not in school, to do such risky work? This story reminds me of ones I have read where poor Chinese people are trafficked to other countries and exploited like slaves, being made to do risky work.
However whilst I think the killings are an atrocity and those who committed them should be punished severely for taking life, I also wonder how illegal mining that poisons and strips environments and contaminates Ghana's water and food has been elevated to a 'Chinese Business Interest'? Also, how they are now allowed to carry guns? Do not forget that Ghana lost itself to greed once before giving Ghanaian life and resources for foreign fineries for chiefs to enjoy- Elmina Castle is a nice reminder of that. I am disgusted with the greed of the Ghanaians and Chinese who have engineered this situation. Let us not shine a light on these poor labourers, let us follow the gold trail to their masters and bribe takers, before it is too late for motherland Ghana.

We are a republic state with laws or constitution,why should we allow foreigners who are not even africans to exploit us? Ghana immigration service security on foreigners in ghana is very lose. here in china police trace you straight to your house without prior information,police show up in your class unannounced and take photos of you.here once they come to your house and you were nowhere to be found,your visa is canceled why? it means you are somewhere doing something illegal.in china here, the police , immigration and military have every right to arrest,detain and deport without any legal proceedings.They pick you up,impose a fine on you,if you pay it and provide your ticket,from detention camp straight to airport. no government intervention.if you call Ghana embassy, they are there with their horrible and broken English" as for this one, they will not spare you oooo" that's the only thing you hear. in china here ghanaians are so vulnerable,very very vulnerable.nothing from embassy as protection.I wish ghana government can give power to immigration to arrest and deport directly,and all these foreigners' illegal mining will be over.

If our leaders will not protect us and our resources we the people have to make a revolt! It's very sad to see any people from other continents coming to Africa and treating the original people as shits when these can never behave like that in Europe. I do sometimes understand why the Europians have a lot of restrictions. In the West there is always a debate about foreigners even about unneccessary issues. In Ghana it's almost forbidden. People who come here have to respect us before we do so.
