Just remind yourself about the huge amount of money recently stolen fro a deputy minister's car yet man families are held captives in their homes because of poverty. Where did that minister come up with such a huge some of money in his car? So is the forem President telling President Mahama the truth or as Nketia put it "a barking dog"!
