He was heard telling the African Union chairman that the election was fraudulently rigged to make Mahama the president.

John Kufuor, as a noble statesman and democrat who believes in free and fair elections should not be a party to the swearing-in of a fraudulently elected president.

Ex President Kufuor has made it clear that he supports the NPP rejection of declaration of Mahama as the President by the corruptly arrogant EC, Afari Djan who acted like a football referee who allows a goal even though it was wrongfully scored by the hands instead of the leg. Kufuor have made it clearly again and again that he is strongly behind the issue taken to the Supreme Court for an amicable solution as the constitution demands.

If Kufuor rightly in his mind believes that the election was rigged, how do you expect him to attend to the swearing in of Mahama who by the believes of Kufour is not rightfully elected President?

Nobody is violating the rights of Kufuor but his own conscience will not permit him to grace such criminal occasion. Period!
