This little minds. There is no requirement for any one to conced. It is the EC that delcears the winner. Until it is overturned by the courts the results stands. PNC, NPP and the likes can go and set fire to the sea.

Their share of the national ballot is also so low that it beats my mind why SOME including the party chairman should REFUSE to concede defeat! It betrays political immaturity of the highest order. PNC leadership please note: conceding defeat IS NOT tantamount to endorsing a WINNER of the election. It seems to me this party is fast disintegrating and I predict they will not be able to field candidates for 2016.
