A review of this program is on the net via google of which a careful investigation had revealed the failures in this MVP. Though a laudable program, the villagers it supposed to help have no clue and therefore made all the infrastructures partially put in place remained unused.

Our leaders need to stop accepting programs developed in laboratories by do-good white messiahs to impose upon our people and use their head instead to come out with home grown and holistic development and programs that our ppl can identify with.
