  Okay, I'm American so my comments are NOT unbiased but keep this in mind. If you wish to eliminate or even restrict drug trafficking An American official is not the person to ask. Our efforts in America have been a dismal failure! Ghana is already using the only effective preventative which is to have an economy that severely limits the profitability of your country of your country as a potential market. Sad observation I guess
