Will the law makers and The Judiciary look into the books if the contractors and the Govt have a case to answer in the delayed construction of major roads or other contracts? It is about time Ghana copies the western world where contracts awarded are linked with time and penalties.

K 9 Unit I would say helocopters would be very expensive to acquire and operate. Establishing a K9 Unit (well trained) to support those dispactched to robbery scenes so that the dogs could fish the robbers out of the bush.
