  I am amazed by this new program Ecobank is offering their customers. We have this service here in the US and it is very helpful especially in times of great financial need. What we have here is similar to what Ecobank is offering their customers but may be different in how it is operated in Ghana. However, I believe the basic concept is the same. A similar program in the US is called bounce/overdraft protection. Furthermore, I like the idea of a visa card which can be used in 30 countries. It will be good to identify the countries where the card can be used and the types of financial institutions that accept the card. These services, in my view, could prove very helpful not only to Ghanaians especially, but also to foreigners/visitors/tourists as well as Ghanaians who reside abroad.
