How do you call on drivers looking for roads in potholes on dark roads to drive carefully? Fix the roads and stop preaching to drivers. You think they don't know they have to drive carefully to get home safely?

the road from Accra to Kumansi could have been built in 2 years with a UK or American firm and equipment.. Even now you've had to bring in the Chinaman....At least the Americans would only bring managers and let Ghanians do
