I live in America but have a good friend in Ghana and she uses Glo1 for her internet and she had very good service until a few months ago when things went down hill. Now most of the time she can't get on line and calls you and does just what you tell her to do but it is to no avail she just can't get on line. I hope you know of this problem and will fix it very soon or she will be forced to get a satellite system and drop Glo1. It is too bad that you are neglecting good customers like her. If you are trying to fix the problem please tell me what the problem is and a date for when it will be fixed. Your service used to be so good it is a shame that it is falling into complete neglect.
