Look at that toad! What does the laws Ghana say in respect to the statute of limitation in this case? Just because your party has come to power, so the laws of Ghana shouldn’t be applied, right? How many years does the statute of limitations expire on assault cases in Ghana? If your case is still within the statute of limitations then I wish you luck. Otherwise forget about it.
