A whole Ghana Health Service cannot pay just US64K to a company that is hosting the DHIMS, version 1 of which I personally helped develop?
I still have all the original forms (in-patients, out-patients etc ..), from which the UI were created in my drawer.
My final question: can't such a big organization as the GHS set up their own servers and host their software. Must everything be on the Cloud?

How is this possible, this is clearly poor management;are those in charge saying the Ministry of Health can not raise funds internally to pay this bill without the Ministry of Finance stepping in.
