What sense does it make to suggest alignment of a worker's salary with budgeted state funds under the person's control?
This is the mind set of people in government institutions that have existed for decades and no one was talking about.
As if you are making a 'sensible' suggestion (not really), you have let the 'cat out of the bag'.
THIS IS WHY THERE IS SO MUCH CURROPTION at the ministries/government. So, for example, if a Chief Director is asked to manage a government project valued at 50 Million GHC, what would you suggest that person be paid? What about the pay of a CEO in another state institution managing a project valued at 100 million GHC?
You have just exposed how these directors, and maybe including yourself, steal from the Government and citizens because they see the large sum of project money and decide to short-change the people of Ghana. You have no Shame!!!
