Very sad. May the young Frimpong rest in peace. And may the perpetrators be brought to justice quickly- very quickly. In my opinion it should not take long for the investigators to get answers as to who the perpetrators are since there are allegations that some students had been suspended. One question I have though is that, why was Javitts walking alone to school - it appears to me that Javitts was legally present in the US, therefore it was necessary for Him to have had some level of protection after the students were suspended. Secondly the timing raises a few questions. By 9:30 am most schools would have started classes long ago - why that late? We may not have all the answers now but maybe Javitts might have thought that going to school a little late would offer Him protection. Again we all learn from such situations but the best thing to do is to go out in a group - so probably he should have gone to school at a time when all other students were going to school. For those who know that part of Town it’s usually a little busy over there with people going up and down that area. Why don’t we see other people in the surveillance video apart from young Javitts alone running away? Finally the suspended students / the 3 alleged people who were seen around that time are believed to be 16-18 year olds. Surely it should not take more than a day to apprehend (catch) 16-18 year olds in a small Bronx neighborhood…or…???
