It was never this busy in the past years, (thus struggling to get rid of the old stocks). Meaning the Ghana security agencies are blocking and assisting in the interception of these illicit drugs. It is difficult to deal with the kingpins in Ghana because of the influence they wield, so the authorities prefer busting to happen international where no Kingpin could influence anyone.
