I have experienced 5 years of abuse from my landlady, threats, abuse, screaming, 6 attempted break ins, 3 times she's broken in, poisoning the water with kerosene 3 times, 5 threats to kill, she drove her car at my then 9 year old son, forcing him to fall from his bike, and did not stop, 4 days later she admitted to police that she had failed to stop and report an accident within 24 hours, does not issue rent contracts, cards, receipts, does not register tenancies with rent control, takes 5 year advances, racial abuse, electricity connections go through a water drain, connecting 8 external lights and an electric fence to my meter, when it rains my kitchen is like there is no roof, police and rent control do nothing, a national embarrassment and disgrace
