My justification is that Law makers and politicians knows that if they abolish the practice of "Political Appointments" and require that all officials willing to serve at top positions in government be elected with votes and no more appointed. Allowing all top officials in government to be elected by votes is the only way to develop Ghana, Africa and any poor nations, because leaders will have autonomy to make the best competitive decisions for the best performance without and political party influence or limitations but to do well in a competitive environment where everyone else wants to also serve, since the positions are not filled by political appointments by votes which will automatically create national PRIDE (Patriotism, Readiness, Intelligence, Discipline & Efficiency) by GOE (Government of Expertise; discipline and honest experts from various sectors with experience who can perform without any political nonsenses of corruption and failure by mob "loot and share". It is sad to keep copying ideologies like "Political Appointments" in foolish and blind ways and remaining in circles in poverty for so many years as cursed people with no hope. This is why discriminatory corruptive practice called "Political Appointments" of poverty and slavery must be abolished law makers (MPs), if they are honesty and discipline enough with genuine intents to protect most Ghanaians.
