Then in 1937, Okyenheneba Aaron Eugene Asante Ofori Atta , ( Nana Ofori Atta 1's son) became the headmaster and he transferred the school from Akyem- Asafo to Kyebi.A two storey buiding of Aaron Ofori Atta known as Guggisberg house was turned into two dormitories ....

Okyenheneba lawyer Aaron Eugene Asante Ofori Atta who was later on known as Kofi Asante Ofori Atta held various Ministerial appointments,including Minister of Communications, Local Government, Justice and Speaker of Parliament under President Nkrumah. His son, Kwesi Amoako Atta became the first Ghanaian to be appointed as Deputy Governor of Bank of Ghana in 1960 by President Nkrumah and in 1964, President Nkrumah appointed him Minister of Finance. Another son, Lawyer William Ofori Atta, was appointed Minister of Foreign Affairs by Prime Minister Busia in 1969. A daughter, Dr Susan Ofori Atta became the first Ghanaian woman doctor(medical officer)In 1959,she was the only Ghanaian woman that President Nkrumah appointed as a fellow of the Ghana Academy of Arts and Sciences.
