Communist Soviet Union is no more and has now been replaced by Russia and a collection of mostly smaller states. It's in our interest to continue the long-standing cordial relationship with these states particularly with Russia.

Russia currently practices a Market Economy which is very liberal, they will never beg Ghana to trade with them.Ghsna has the option to decide, the same way Russians are also selecting countries to trade with.
