We need to have a look not only at this case but all cases where proceedings drag on for years! It's doesn't augur well for our justice system. There should be a system which allows completion of trial at the instant court without any interruptions from higher courts. It's only when the case is completed that the unhappy party can proceed to appeal the case at a higher court. Judges should set time limits to trail a case based on the agreed casement management process and not entertain any machinations which drags cases for years on end! It doesn't give confidence in the justice system and something really must be done about it!
