No need for DVLA to come out with this warning, any fraudulent Momo payment goes with a severe punishment. I wish Ghana Police Service use the same method to punish pedestrians who don't use Footbridges. When you're arrested they send them to police stations and force then to pay thru mobile money transfer. Those who cannot are given a period to pay, if they refuse the Police authorise the Telecoms to block their numbers.
