In JM's first term we heard it, Nana Addo, we heard it and now under JM 2 we are hearing same. Until the State gets serious in mapping out the places to be mined( it is likely already on paper)and the Law and regulatory bodies do its work,it will be talk talk as usual with no progress.

How does the EPA approve and grant permits but do not ensure compliance and enforcement. There is nothing disclosed by the EPA about what is truly restored with the reclamation talk.
