The beach and sea belongs to the country and no individual,no one can claim ownership over a river and river bank,lagoon,seashore and the sea,even the sea that you see,have boundaries with neighbouring countries,that is why when oil is discovered we know it's discovered in Ghana part of the ocean or Cote d'ivior etc so i don't know wat these people are talking about,but let them go to court,and even a legitimate land that belongs to you,government can take it away from u at anytime,the constitution stipulates that every land belongs to Ghana first before any individual.
