Nonsense! Is he talking about so called European standards or research in Africa,? God in his wisdom has given us four (4) different seasons in Black Africa especially west Africa, and every one of this 4 seasons has what food God has blessed us with to eat, but because of our stupidity another group of people are telling us what we supposed to be eating, is that madness or book long or brainwashed? Get the nonsense out of here and let’s find a room for the better way out in terms of food production and preservation. Thank God university of Ghana is serious about food science education and research now. Stop this copy and paste so called educated who has been miseducated leading us to the cliffs of disaster.

It is true that most Ghanaians struggle to make ends meet. However a shockingly high percentage of Ghanaian households never carefully BUDGET. They spend spend spend on things that are very trivial or nonessential, like buying data to surf the internet. Contrary to popular belief men are the worst culprits or offenders when it comes to handling money badly. Men tend to waste money on expensive nonessential items whereas women usually buy less expensive items.A wise man will form the habit of always sitting down with his wife to discuss or review on a regular basis the family's expenditure so that they can budget carefully and avoid wasting money or worse still getting into chronic debt. Wise households try to live frugally or live within their means so that they can save money for future important expenditures and even have some left over to invest in something that will yield returns. IF YOU ARE LIVING FROM PAYCHECK TO PAYCHECK THEN YOU NEED TO EXAMINE CAREFULLY WHERE YOUR MONEY GOES. PERHAPS YOU WASTE A LOT OF MONEY ON NONESSENTIAL ITEMS. Don't get angry if your wife or husband points out your bad spending habits. These discussions must always be done in a calm respectful and non-confrontational manner.
REMEMBER THAT UNRESOLVED MONEY RELATED PROBLEMS OR ISSUES TO THIS DAY REMAIN THE NUMBER ONE CAUSE OF MARRIAGE BREAKUPS EVERYWHERE IN THE WORLD!
