Currency manipulation will solve no problem. Mahama brags of stabilization the cedis. Whilst prices keep rising. Instead of controlling government expenditure, Mahama keeps inflating government bureaucracy. Promising to hire 4,000 more into the security sector. It just going to cause inflation, because this government employment does not boost economic productivity.
