Either $10 or $million is on the card, it doesn't change anything. So you guys had to get a bag, put the card or cards in, and get someone to hold it as if it's a bag of cement? Just last week our 17 boys had to travel by bus to Burkina Faso when a plane ticket for them all to Burkina Faso would have costed somewhere lesser than or close to 5K USD.

This is truly a waste of funds. I assume the purse holder is an accountant on staff with the ministry, he could have been his regular pay to do what he did and not pay him extra salary.
