This kind of indiscipline started in Ghana during the AFRC Regime that was headed by Efo Julor John Rawlings, Boakye Djan and Tsatsu Tsikata who was then well versed in the jurisprudence of Ghana. Yes. Very Powerful Guns including AK47 fell into the Hands of Drugged and Disgruntled and Undisciplined failures in the Society and Soldiers and a Bunch of Terribly Nasty people who called themselves FRIENDS OF THE REVOLUTION. Such Reckless and Useless Deviants assumed uncontrollable Political positions and Powers, roamed towns and cities and subjected innocent Ghanaians to horrendous tortured and brutalities. Finally, some innocent Ghanaians like Afrifa, Kutu Acheampong among others were sentenced to Death by Firing Squad without any due process.
With such irate gangsters wielding Powerful Guns, indiscipline just crept into our society and many Ghanaians were tortured, raped, and murdered during the Efo Julor John Rawlings and Boakye Djan's AFRC Regime. With Guns in the Hands of such nasty and disgusting and extremely horrible people, wisdom in Ghana fled to the bush as Ghanaians cowered and lamented in hopelessness. This same nonsense was repeated by Efo Julor John Rawlings during the PNDC Regime. Ghana is going to suffer for long because of the deplorable activities of the AFRC and the PNDC. I always pray that our Infantile Democracy can with time correct such abnormalities. And I will forever curse Efo Julor John Rawlings and his maniacs for what they led Ghanaians through. Let such horrible conditions never happen again in Ghana.
