Dear state house or whatever you call yourself Ghanaians can get a better offer in the market, A milli for 2 bedroom there are many offers available, the rooms are like cubicles, look at the tiling and floors. When modern toilet seats and vanities are used you used this 1820 items and want to charge 2026 prices. I’m sorry but you’re a big bunch of jokers if this is for the ordinary teacher, police officer, bank clerk, nurse, medical doctor, then please you have shot amiss. We are not serious in this country
