● There were professionals in the Exim Bank. Paperwork was completed and signed. The Bank needs back its money. REPAYMENT schedule is the reasonable thing for ANY BANK to do.
■ The Attorney General chose route A to punish Wontumi. Cruel to Wontumi and cruel to the Bank. The Bank wants its money, not the imprisonment of Wontumi.
