And who created the fiscal space for Ato to work with? The difficult DDEP, and restructuring of our external debt plus the unprecedented increase in gold reserves at BOG created the perfect space for him to succeed. If they NDC had been in power during COVID, I wonder if the would have been able to put these difficult interventions in place.
