So when is the Mahama government retooling Ghana National Fire Service, the institution is lacking alot, yet Ghanaians keeps blaming the GNFS.... If the government cannot retool them they find them different job

Ghana for you. We got independence from the British only to colonize ourselves in the hands of the Chinese. The British mined our gold and built schools, a railway system, roads, houses, etc. The British did underground mining because they didn't want to destroy our forests and water bodies.
Seventy years after independence, Chinese people are everywhere in Ghana taking advantage of our infantile minds. They are mining everywhere taking our gold for free aside destroying our environment. Sadly, all goods we import from China are inferior in quality.
What we in Ghana as WASTE, the Chinese see as WEALTH. Recycling tyres? What kind of education system do we have in Ghana? It's about time we change our education system that only produces Politicians, Pastors and Prisoners (PPP) - prisoners in salary jobs. About 90% of the rubbish we are finding it difficult to dispose off are recyclable. Are the Chinese not going to make products from the discarded tyres, give them to Ghanaians to sell and return the money to them?
A Chinese national told his employee in a village in Manso that Ghanaians don't think and Ghanaians around laughed and clapped for him. Unless we do away with envy and jealousy, we'll go nowhere!
