    What is GEC in your context.
    If you mean ECG, where in the article did you read anything about ECG?

    It was NADMO that brought this to light and not the ECG.

    There is also one at Teshie, where the pole is right in the middle of a big shop. Please, look out for it. I can't give you more details because I don't know Teshie very well.
