There is no responsibility nor liability on the part of the JAK Government and that was the basis for the judgement of the supreme court.
More so with regards to the recovery, all properties of Woyome identified and attached by the previous Gov had litigation regarding true ownership since there were transfer or acquisition of the properties. Company is bankrupt and liquidated every lawyer will tell you that in debt recovery especially in civil case such as what happened in the Woyome case, judgement is dependent on the liquidity or capacity of the debtor, this is the more reason why the case against the MP is a non-starters

Seidu Agongo was in court because he paid GH¢20,000 into Opuni's account, that to the NPP was a kick-back from the fertilizer deal. A whole GH¢1,000,000 has been paid to the SIC Manager by Awuah and Matin says we shouldn't ask.
