3)Did they get in through the inner passage of the car. If so why didnt come out same way.
4)DO the deceased kids have bruises on them, suggesting forced/kidnaping.
5)FYI, all modern vehicles have safety latches in the trunk that can be pulled to get it open.

UPDATE...This vehicle appears to be a small SUV or a hatch-back with a folding back seat. Small children can scale over the backseat without folding it. With the doors opened I cant see how kids could be trapped in the back.

When a car gets stuck, it is the FULL RESPONSIBILITY of the DRIVER TO LOCK all doors and also the boot (and have the car towed!!), to rule any benefit of doubt: imagine you leave the doors open and someone later comes, repairs the vehicle or replace a faulty battery and then use the car for robbery, do hit-and-run etc etc. Do you know who'll be held responsible?

How can you describe the death of three kids as a "small" case and go on to elaborate on how they potentially died? How can you tell me the kids managed to get into the trunk of the car, perhaps through the inside of the car, but oxygen apparently looks like a concrete block that cannot get to the kids via any openings to the trunk? You don't need to comment on everything if you don't have the facts, unless you are the perpetrator or related to the perpetrator. In any credible investigation, the owner of the car is the prime suspect. Get a life and stop being insensitive twerp.

This is a very sad incident and my thought and prayers are with the family. But why is it that anything that happens anywhere in the country has to be dealt with in Accra? It doesn't speak well of our system. This case happened in the jurisdiction of Tamale. If for any reason they don't want to go to Tamale Police Stations, they can go to Sunyani, or even Kumasi. Why all the way to Accra? Does it mean we don't have competent Police Stations in these areas or they aren't trusted? At least we should have a competent division in the country. Anything that happens from the North all the way to Ashanti, should be dealt with in Kumasi. And then from Ashanti down should be dealt in Accra. Everything to Accra doesn't speak well of our system.
