Another stupid policy. Mr Alico Dankote rightly said it. It's ONLY nationals who can develop their countries. It's only a Ghanaian owned bank(s) that will take the risk of investing in the critical areas of our economy, no foreign own bank(s) will do that. Bank of Ghana please focus on the development and building of locally owned Ghanaian banks.
