Last week at about 11am, I was at the car park of a Mall in Accra.. In the car park, there were about 4 ladies and 4 men.. approximately aged 23 to 27...surrounding 2 vehicles. They we drinking lots of beer and cider... i recognised the cider bottle..and merry making using their car boot as a table for the beverages.
They were still there drinking when i exited the mall after my shopping.. a good 1 hour later...
I hope they got home OK. I also hope they didn't killed anyone on their way home

Fortunately I had help from drivers plying the road in the night. And yet we are instaling useless cameras; for what? Where is the emergency response in Ghana when police are scattered all over on roads asking for the impossible. "Honorables, your boys are here oooo." Did you not take the job to be there?
