There are no reflectors, no lines, no crosswalk markings etc on our roads posing a great danger to road users especially at night. Filth has engulfed the entire city. Fitting mechanics have also taken over half of our neighborhood streets and even ventured onto some main roads turning the whole city into one big shanty town and zongo. Local migrants have encroached upon every available piece of land. Dangerous levels of noise from Muslim muezzins call to prayer and churches continuously disturb our sleep. What is the interior minister, local government minister, various regional ministers, MMDCEs and other relevant authorities doing about these dangers? If Labadi Beach owned all the land at its beach front area but because it was a property of the state its operational and managment decisions had been subjected to decisions driven by party politics of the worst kind which affected revenues for the state then a correction of the status is the right thing to do.
When Hon Brian Acheampong attempted to capture some of the businesses of the state during the NPP majority government of Akufo Addo/Dr. Bawumia under the lie that all the state-owned hospitality ventures were not profitablr we found that assertion to be a big fat lie. In the meanwhile the beachfront of the state owned Labadi Beach continued to be held by the yet another NPP influencer and piglets.
What could be wrong with the state if it allowed any political party ownership of portions of state assets while the state pretend to clean up corruption? I would suggest to the government ti seek reimbursement from Mr. Blay for the cost of the demolition exercise; he should have cleared the area from where he operated since the court ruling.

How can a beachfront of a reputable hotel look that nasty with all sorts of activities? Who would like to lodge there seeing how nasty and unsafe the environment is? Sometimes, it looks like majority of Ghanaians don't like nice developed things and would even operate a food joint from a septic tank.
