Following recent court actions against some individuals making appearance before a Judge is disturbing. How can a Judge knowingly schedule for an accused person to appear in court and then the scheduled date is cancelled because the Judge is out of town ? so what would have happened if the person in the dock too decides not to make an appearance at the court.Such inconsiderate inhumane actions some of these judges display on certain judisciary matter just cannot be right.
