Hence there is the need for the TRIPARTE COMMITTEE and FAIR WAGES AND SALARY COMMISSION to sit down to determine New salary levels for public workers for 2027 to claim tensions down among public workers who are feeling the pinch now financially. Or the new to be established salary and emolnuments COMMISSION must start work almost immediately to determine public workers salaries for 2027..With determined new salaries for 2027 i think Teacher Unions will go back to work with the Assurance with improved working conditions across board for all workers. May God help Ghana.
