Owing to our foolishness and stupidity and high-level corrupt practices, our local league, sports facilities, officiating and general administration are all in shambles.
Until we come back to our senses to stop the corruption, invest massively in our sports infrastructure, administration, the domestic league to build our national team from the local league (home), the hiring & firing of all sorts of Coaches will continue, but we will win nothing meaningful.
The "Frefrekobo Black Stars" cannot win anything meaningful.

This problem started way back in 2014.
When Kelvin and Sule stood up against it, instead of giving them a listening hear and worked on it, they raher chose to axed them from the team in Brazil.

They have accepted the fact that they no longer have the top high class, quality players due to the high influx of foreign players.The best players in the LA LIGA are foreigners. Ghana has a very very poor low quality grade and third class rated players.We don't have top class ready-made players, which is essential in international football.International football Coaches dont have the time for club-like training sessions. We should not be fooled by having talented players, if these talents are not improved to top class qualify players and world class of yesteryears, how can this be spiritual, when God, Jesus christ and his angels don't play football. Football is only play on earth and on the turf and at pace. The present crop of the Blackstars don't have the basics of football: ball control and the ability to pass the ball. We simly don't have the tools( Players) to do the job.The Blackstars are useless.
