SportyDrive host Fiifi Banson has claimed that “something spiritual” is working against the Ghana Football Association (GFA) and its president, Kurt Okraku.
According to Banson, Okraku has “stepped on many toes” and offended several people during his time in office, which he believes has resulted in a lack of spiritual support for the GFA president.
“Kurt has offended many; he has stepped on many wrong toes, and spiritually, not everybody is with him,” Banson said.

“The theme that we saw yesterday: lack of spirit. He has stepped on many toes, he has offended many people, and so spiritually, people are not using their mouths to say good things, and there's no spiritual support for him in the job,” he added.
Banson further argued that even if Okraku does everything right administratively, the alleged spiritual opposition could continue to affect him.
“So he can do all the right things, pay the players well, pay the coaches well, do everything right, but spiritually, something is frightening him, and he must find out,” he said.
