I just heard conversation that the GFA is a PRIVATE entity not for the Ghana public. If that is the case then they need clearly identify as a private entity ( GPFA) otherwise they are deceiving Ghanaians. Foreign established players who come to play for Ghana Blackstars do so because they want to sacrifice for the Ghana as the country and they may not be aware they are playing under a private entity. This can lead to confusion from being deceived. I understand why Sulley Muntari had that altercation with that so called Football guy. Misunderstood perspectives. FIFA cannot be operating within Ghana with a private entity in Ghana to run a team of Ghanaian players as Ghana national team. It will not work. We need to fix and regulate the interest of those representing our Ghana structures. National Football is a national sport, football clubs are a private entity. Understand and SEPARATE THOSE TWO!

The system is dysfunctional by design. The leaders and administrators know what they need to do to fix it but simply won't because palms are being greased. Fixing it means ruining their income stream. They play games with the public by blaming the Coach, and the public buys into it but they know it's not the Coach. How can you have like 3 coaches in the span of like 3 to 5 years. It's the easy way out. Just blame the coach and keep fooling the public and keep making your money.
Fixing the system means people's income streams will dry up and from that point on it will take sacrifice and hard work. There are no short cuts to success. Other African countries such as Senegal, CIV etc. have made these sacrifices and therefore have overtaken us. Countries such as Cape Verde, Equatorial Guinea, Guinea Bissau and the Gambia are all making the sacrifices so are quickly rising and they too will overtake us, if they already haven't. The rot will continue until the corruption seizes.

Fix the system. We have already seen the problem root, it is offering our national football to club owners. I support the call to kick club owners out of the national football team management affairs. Is it possible that under the current arrangement, if foreign persons comes and open lots of clubs in Ghana, then without discrimination they may control GFA football leader selection or themselves one day come to be our GFA leaders and rule our national football? Taking national football away from club owners will make club owners focus on improving their clubs without offering them to use the national football as a simply a marketing platform. No wonder we are not performing well in an African club football anymore, because the club owners are not trying to improve their players to get a national Team call-up, since they are already in charge of the national team. The national team has lost value because the club owners are running it. Why will they not use it to enrich themselves and quickly market their players overseas instead? Whoever did this arrangement or system pulled a fast one on Ghanaians while we were asleep.
