A person's refusal to cooperate with investigators is his right under the law. That is why every arrest begins with the caution "you have the right to remain silent". It seems the Attorney General is struggling with proof of wrong doing that is why a court summons, which must state the crime committed, has still not been issued.

We have to seriously start holding people accountable without fear or favour to serve as a deterrent for potential perpetrators. We should hold people accountable without resorting to witch-hunting.
