What kind of President is this? He goes outside and pretends to be an angel. He is a communication officer when it comes to his academics, so he plays with words and sounds so sweet to the ears. But in real life, he is just a liar and a pretender.
Up till now, nothing he promised in his manifesto has been achieved, not even one. Everything you see him do is to create something for his own name, but it has all backfired. They are seen as ordinary things that the people expect to be done.
It has been two years, and the country is still as it is, even though they promised a reset. It is just unfortunate how we allowed such a thing to happen in Ghana.
Their 24-hour economy policy has not seen the light of day, and they are rather going around demolishing markets to rebuild them, which can never be completed by the end of his term.
The judicial system has been compromised and is against anyone who tries to speak against the illegal activities of his people.
At least, every President from the 4th Republic can be remembered for a good social intervention that improved public welfare, reduced hardship, and expanded access to essential services. He is the only one with two different terms but could not design any programme to benefit his people.
Former President Jerry John Rawlings introduced several major social interventions:
- Ghana Education Trust Fund (GETFund)
- National Rural Electrification and Water Projects
- Free Maternal Healthcare
- The District Assemblies Common Fund
Former President John Agyekum Kufuor:
