Claiming that you are a democrat (unlike the government) and therefore bringing civil rather than criminal charges against your enemies is a misleading statement. He knows that he as an individual cannot bring criminal charges against anybody in Ghana. It’s stated clearly in Article 88(3) of the 1992 constitution. Such careless statements is why it’s best to be quiet. You may win the PR war and end up in jail and ruined.
